Changtai Group is one of the earliest privately-owned and group enterprises established in Xishuangbanna, and it was also among the first to engage in the research and operation of Pu-erh tea storage. The company possesses a complete Pu-erh tea industry chain and storage system. Through a positive cycle of production, sales, and replenishment, Changtai Group has established the capability for large-scale production of aged tea. Its production model clarifies the rarity of Changtai products and maximizes the competitiveness of its offerings in the market. Consequently, the Pu-erh tea produced by Changtai Group is popular across the country and in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, and it is also exported to over ten countries, including Canada, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Singapore, gaining favor among consumers and earning a solid market reputation.

Recent Developments
In 2019, after its 20th anniversary, Changtai Group upgraded its sales model, forming a national sales system. The “Mengyang Smart Storage Center” began construction, marking the start of a new era in storage, trading, and standardization of aged tea.

Cultural Integration
Throughout its operations, Changtai Group has been influenced by the powerful cultural dynamics of Pu-erh tea, transitioning from a purely material-focused development to a model that integrates both material and cultural elements. The fragmented ideas accumulated over the years have culminated in a systematic corporate culture centered around the principle of “Quality First.” Since 2008, the “Changtai Art Teahouse” has initiated the journey of cultural and industrial development. Currently, diverse cultural tea drinking spaces and retail models such as “Changtai Tea Study” and “Changtai Pu-erh Courtyard” are being widely developed, attracting numerous cultural and artistic institutions and individuals nationwide, thus fostering a thriving space for the promotion, management, and collaboration of tea culture.
