Geographical Location and Administrative Divisions: Tongdian Town is located in the eastern part of Lantsang Bai and Pumi Autonomous County, at the northern end of the “Lanzhou Dam.” It is situated in the crossroads of Lijiang, Dali, Diqing, and Nujiang, making it a strategically important area. The town covers a total area of 521.33 square kilometers and is bordered by Lijiang’s Shitou Township and Jiuh River Township to the east, Jinding Town and La Jing Town to the south, Shiding Township to the west, and Hexi Township to the north. The town government is located in Tongdian Street, which is 37 kilometers away from the county seat.
