The village is conveniently located just 0.5 kilometers from the township government office area and 48 kilometers from the county seat, Nansha. To the east, it borders the Duoyishu Village Committee; to the south, it borders the Dongpu Village Committee of Panzhihua Township; to the west, it borders the Malizhai Village Committee; and to the north, it borders the Gaocheng Village Committee. Shengcun Village encompasses several villager groups, including Shalahe, Shengcun Village, and Hetaozhai. Currently, there are 1,062 households with a rural population of 5,095 people, all of whom are engaged in agriculture. The total labor force in the village is 2,653, with 2,257 people involved in primary industry. The village covers a land area of 15 square kilometers, situated at an elevation of 1,830 meters.
