Digital and Intelligent Construction: Pioneered a new model of fully digitalized and intelligent construction for extra-high roller-compacted concrete gravity dams, achieving a leap from digital to intelligent construction, leading the development of dam construction technology, and filling a domestic technological gap.

Smart Temperature Control: First in China to achieve full-process smart temperature control in concrete dam construction, with two achievements incorporated into national energy industry standards.

Fish Lift Project: Constructed the world’s highest fish lift project (152 meters in height) with independent intellectual property rights, becoming China’s first high-dam fish passage system with independent intellectual property rights.

National Quality Engineering Gold Award: On January 7, 2023, Huangdeng Hydropower Station was awarded the National Quality Engineering Gold Award.

International Milestone Award: In late 2019, Huangdeng Hydropower Station received the fourth Roller-Compacted Concrete Dam International Milestone Award.

Technological Achievements: Applied seven key national energy-saving and low-carbon technologies, ten major items (31 sub-items) of the top ten new technologies in construction, 37 new technologies in electric power construction, and 21 self-innovated technologies.
Environmental Protection

Fish Breeding and Release Station: Built the largest fish breeding and release station in the Lancang River Basin.

Ecological Benefits: Since its commissioning, it has achieved 1,648 days of safe production, generated over 39 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity, and reduced carbon dioxide emissions by 25 million tons, making a positive contribution to achieving China’s “dual carbon” goals.
