The work, with its touching story, moving melody, and exquisite images, not only spread widely among the teachers and students of Wenhai Primary School but also enhanced the friendship between the teachers and students of Wenhai and those of Delingha in Qinghai, the counterpart support region of Hangzhou. In 2024, coinciding with the 20th anniversary of Wenhai Education, the school launched a running exercise display activity based on the “365 Health Run.” Once the activity started, it received an enthusiastic response from all teachers and students. Each class actively organized practice during the large break, and the students were highly motivated. During the daily large break running exercise, each class quickly lined up, marched in neat steps, and shouted loud slogans, fully demonstrating the vigorous vitality and high spirits of Wenhai students. On December 2nd, a school-wide running exercise display was held, with students looking spirited and full of vigor. The school specially invited members of the Zhejiang Gongshang University Flag Guard Team to serve as judges. They evaluated and awarded prizes from multiple dimensions, including uniform clothing, neat formation, and loud slogans. Through this activity, students’ physical fitness was enhanced, and their team spirit and sense of collective honor were cultivated.

To enrich students’ extracurricular lives and improve the quality of after-school services, Wenhai Primary School offers a variety of club courses. In the 2024 academic year, the school held a club work meeting to comprehensively plan and deploy club activities. Both in-school and out-of-school teachers collaborated, and renowned experts were also invited to provide guidance. Thanks to the joint efforts of all parties, club members achieved excellent results in national, provincial, municipal, and district competitions. On December 30, 2014, the Lijiang Municipal Committee of the Agricultural Workers’ Party conducted a social service activity at Wenhai Primary School, distributing scholarships to 66 students from poor families. In March 2019, a team organized by Lijiang International Travel Service donated bunk beds, dining tables, living supplies, and food to Wenhai Primary School, with a total value of about 140,000 yuan. These materials greatly improved the school’s living facilities and provided better living support for the students.

On June 1, 2020, Yulong County No. 1 Middle School distributed 7,700 yuan in educational poverty alleviation subsidies for the second semester of 2019 to 27 students from registered poor households in Wenhai Village Committee. This subsidy alleviated the economic burden of students from poor families, allowing them to study more peacefully.
