Anning Haohaizi Education Base and School
Anning Haohaizi’s Education and Training School(安宁市好孩子三生教育培训学校) is a legally approved private school by the Anning Municipal Education Bureau, and it is the only professional educational institution in Yunnan Province dedicated to “the most challenging children” for both teaching and research.
Educational Philosophy
Since its establishment, the school has received support from various levels of city leadership and recognition from the community. The school primarily assists parents in guiding “the most challenging children” who exhibit rebelliousness, truancy, internet addiction, early romantic relationships, and other negative behaviors. The aim is to help them rediscover their direction, cultivate a positive life attitude, unearth their potential for healthy development, foster resilience and optimism, and transform them into well-adjusted individuals.
The school operates with a fully enclosed teaching environment, employing militarized management and providing round-the-clock comprehensive services. Through a 5-to-1 behavior correction model involving expert teams, specialized classrooms, and professional facilities, the school offers moral education, gratitude cultivation, traditional Chinese culture education, psychological counseling, and military training. This approach helps students understand themselves better, regain confidence, reinforce positive behaviors, and discard negative habits. It also encourages enhanced communication between parents and children, creating conditions for effective home-school communication, fostering a harmonious atmosphere, and instilling values of gratitude and reciprocity in children.
School Development
Since its founding in 2010, Anning Haohaizi’s Education and Training School has gained support and recognition from party committees, governments at all levels, and the broader community. Starting with 8 students initially, the school has nurtured over 1,500 students and expanded its teaching staff from 10 to more than 50 teachers. These numerical changes reflect significant improvements in the school’s scale, faculty strength, and educational standards, enhancing both internal quality and external reputation. The school’s facilities include expansive playgrounds, multimedia classrooms, secure and tidy buildings, culturally rich corridors, and comprehensive monitoring equipment, presenting a standardized, humane, and exemplary educational environment.
Through years of educational reforms, the school has developed a mature and effective educational model, creating a unique teaching style and refining a 5-to-1 correction model. This model effectively integrates legal knowledge, moral education, traditional Chinese culture, gratitude, music, and other curriculum elements.
