Background
The China-South Asia Expo is a national-level comprehensive expo co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of China and the Yunnan Provincial Government. It aims to promote multilateral diplomacy, economic cooperation, and cultural exchange between China and South Asian countries. Since its inaugural edition in 2013, the expo has been held eight times, attracting over 20,000 domestic and international companies and achieving a cumulative foreign trade transaction value of over 10 billion USD.
