Historical Development
- 1965: Established “State-Owned Zhexiang Overseas Chinese Farm” to accommodate Burmese returnees, separated from “Mangshi Farm General Office,” under the provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Office.
- 1974: Reverted to “State-Owned Mangshi Farm” after disbanding the military corps.
- 1978: Renamed “State-Owned Mangshi Overseas Chinese Farm” to accommodate Vietnamese refugees, under the supervision of the provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Office.
- 1988: Administration transferred to Luxi County Government.
- 1992: Establishment of Overseas Chinese Industrial Corporation.
- 2003: Establishment of Mangshi Overseas Chinese Group Corporation.
- 2009: On April 20th, Luxi City Government integrated three branches (Chengxi, Zhexiang, Padi) into Menghuan Street, Xuangang Township, and Fengping Town, establishing corresponding community committees.
