Red-tailed Minla
The red-tailed minla (Minla ignotincta/火尾希鹛) is a bird species in the family Leiothrichidae. Some modern authors consider its genus Minla monotypic. Like the two other species placed in Minla, it is probably part of a group including such other genera as Actinodura (barwings), Heterophasia (sibias) and Liocichla (liocichlas).
It is found in the Indian subcontinent and Southeast Asia. It range includes Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand and Vietnam. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
