On October 1, 2024, the 25th Xishuangbanna Border Trade and Tourism Fair officially commenced at Water-Splashing Square (泼水广场) in Jinghong City. The fair will run until October 7, 2024.
Exhibition Details
- The exhibition covers an area of approximately 15,000 square meters, featuring about 250 outdoor standard booths divided into two main exhibition areas: international and domestic.
- International Exhibition Area: Organized by countries such as Laos (老挝), Thailand (泰国), and Myanmar (缅甸).
- Domestic Exhibition Area:
- Xishuangbanna Specialty Products Exhibition Area (西双版纳特色商品展区), highlighting the seven key industries of the entire prefecture and three counties and cities.
- “Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Yunnan Exhibition Alliance” (澜湄合作云南会展联盟), showcasing distinctive products from seven border prefectures: Dehong (德宏), Nujiang (怒江), Honghe (红河), Wenshan (文山), Baoshan (保山), Lincang (临沧), and Pu’er (普洱).
