How to Get in
Railway
Kunmingnan Railway Station
It's located at the foot of Wulongtan Mountain in Chenggong District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province.You could take train and high-speed train to many other cities in China there like Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzheng, Nanjing, Beijing, etc.
Bus Terminal
Kunming South Bus Terminal
It is located on the east side of new Kunluo road in Guandu district, opposite Wula village, about 1. 6 km from Guangfu road and new Kunluo road interchange.You can take passenger cars to other place in Yunan like Jinning County, Yuanyang County, Shiping County, Jianshui County, etc.
How to Get Around
Bus
The fare for public buses is RMB1 throughout Chenggong. Most of the buses in the city start at 6am and end at 10:30pm. Passengers should stand close to the door if they want to get off, otherwise, the driver may simply not stop. Some buses also have an English recording that calls out the names of stops.
Taxi
Taxi fare in Chenggong District is RMB8 for the first 3 km and RMB1.8 for each additional km (RMB9.6 and RMB2.7 after 10 PM). For a trip longer than 10 km, the part after 10km is charged RMB2.7/km.
Subway
There is subway service in Chenggong District now. We only need to spend seven yuan from Chenggong District to the central Kunming to take subway line 1 or line 2.
Sharing Bicycle
Sharing bicycle is another option in Chenggong. You need to download an APP, such as OFO Bicycle.The deposit is 99 yuan and can be refunded at any time. New registration is free for five times, 1 yuan an hour. 2. Riding fee is 1 yuan per 60 minutes for ofo and 0.5 yuan per 60 minutes for students.
