The Brothers Jiang Chain Rice Noodles in Kunming

It is a restaurant chain, Yunnan especially Kunming, serving authentic cross-bridge rice noodle which is a must-try dish for visitors to Kunming.

Deriving its name from the cross-bridge story in Nanhu Lake of Mengzi County in South Yunnan, the cross-bridge rice boodle is served in a big pot, in which the hot soup is prepared and sliced chicken, fish, or pork will go after, and finally the vegetables and rice noodle.
