2. Location
The Baihualing Scenic Spot, located at 25°42′44.45″N and 98°52′13.80″E, is the first bird watching camp developed in Gaoligongshan Mountain. It is 35 kilometers from Mangkuan Township, Longyang District, Baoshan.

Baihualing has jurisdiction over 8 villages including Hanlong Zhai Village(旱龙寨), Dayutang Village(大鱼塘), Baihualin Village(白花林), Manggang Village(芒岗), Guxing Village(古兴寨), Taoyuan Village(桃园), Malishan Village(麻栗山), Manghuang Village(芒晃).

There are 8 ethnic minorities in Baihualing including Lisu, Yi, Bai, Dai, Hui, Zhuang and Nu, accounting for 52% of the total population.
