Huaning County Transportation
Huaning county has a convenient transportation system, the transportation of Huaning county mainly rely on highway. There are three major highways ( Jianghua First Class Road, Huapan Second Class Road, Chenghua Second Class Road), four major exports (Huanning and Yuxi, Chengjiang, Tonghai, Maitreya) and three Channel (Lufeng to Yiliang, Huaxi to Jianshui, Huaning to Tonghai; for internal traffic construction, four trunk lines from Qinglong to Lufeng, Fuxian Lake Huanhu Road, Zhupan Road and Tonghongdian Road have been completed. The mileage of highways in Huaning County is 1818.8 kilometers, of which 58 kilometers were above the second level, accounting for 3.2%. Among the total mileage, the provincial road is 156.5 kilometers, the county road is 264 kilometers, and the country road is 1373.9 kilometers.
How to Get in Huaning County
By Air
There are no through flights to Huaning. However, there is the general agency of China Airline Company in Huaning. There you can buy air tickets, return air tickets and inquire about anything about air tickets. You can get to Kunming first by air, and then go to Huaning by bus.
By Railway
The transportation in Yuxi is very convenient. People can take trains to Yuxi and then take bus to Huaning. It’s the best choice for you to take high-speed rail to Yuxi Station which only takes 30 minutes.

How to Get Around in Huaning
1.Taxi and Buses
In the counties, buses run on the main street, it will not take you much time on the bus, because the urban area is not too big. Taxi is convenient for someone who get into emergency, the starting price is cheap. However, people would like to take buses or motorbike in the county seat rather than taxi.
2.Minibus
Minibus is the principle way for local people to travel a short distance. Passengers may wait for a minibus on the highway or just call the driver. Usually, the minibus will take you anywhere you want to go in a short distance, and the price is cheap.
