Cold Porridge in Kunming
The cold bridge traditionally originates from Yuxi to the south of Kunming, but is very popular in Kunming nowadays. As a kind of cold dish to ease hot in summer, the glutinous porridge is prepared with Chinese dates and black sugar, tasting fragrant and refreshing.
