Pu'er Tea is a variety of fermented and aged dark tea produced in Yunnan province, China. This process is a Chinese specialty and produces tea known as Hei Cha (黑茶), commonly translated as dark, or black tea (this type of tea is different from what in the West is known as "black tea", which in China is called "red tea" 红茶).

Ninger introduced the seedlings of coffee in 1987 and achieved success. Since 1989, large-scale planting has begun in towns (townships), such as Puyi, Liming, Mohe, and Dehua in the Bianjiang River and Xiaoheihe River basins. By the end of 2012, the county's coffee area has reached more than 100,000 mu, of which 80,000 mu has been put into production, making it one of the main coffee producing areas in Pu'er.

4. Sweet Potato(红薯/黄心山药)

Pu'er Huangxin Yam (Sweet Potato) is a specialty of Ninger Town, Ninger County, Pu'er City, Yunnan Province. Pu'er Huangxin sweet potato has less diseases, almost the same size, small cylindrical long and smooth appearance, thin skin, high starch content, sweet and delicate taste, and has the reputation of better than Chinese chestnut.
