1.Taiping Yuanhong太平元红
Taiping Yuanhong, a special product of Yunnan Shidian County, is made of a large and high-quality hawthorn fruit of Gejiashan Mountain in Taiping town. After the fruits being peeled and seeded, the astringency is wiped out by special technology. Then canned into jar with fine winter honey and several days later, it’s available to eat. It has a history of more than 100 years.
2.Bihao Tea碧毫茶叶
Wanxing Bihao Tea is curl in shape, green in color, and fresh and puer in taste. In the reign of emperor Guangxu, it was sent to the court as a tribute. In May 1994, it was identified as "Yunnan Famous Tea" by the agricultural department of Yunnan province, and in June 1996, it was designated as a commodity by the fourth Yunnan Nationalities Art festival. In May 1997, it won the Malaysia international gold award.
3.Yaoguan Ham姚关火腿
Yaoguan ham is made of fresh pork leg and soused with rice wine, fruit and salt in the winter. After repeated pressure and drying in the sun, it’s ready in 10 days.
