3.Shizong Qingjiu(师宗清酒)
Kuishan noodle is a specialty of Kuishan Township , Shizong County , Qujing City, Yunnan Province . Kuishan noodle is selected from Kuishan local high-quality wheat. They are carefully selected, washed, air-dried, shelled, finely ground and repeatedly pressed. They do not contain any food additives. The texture is delicate, crispy, pure and delicious.
