1. Yushuizhai Rainbow Trout
The rainbow trouts live in the cascade group of Yushuizhai scenic area. As the water is clean and the rainbow trouts are fed with fish and shrimp, the raw fish is tender, bright red and tasty.
2. Preserved Pig Carcass
Preserved Pig Carcass is also known as Pipa meat because of its shape. Besides Baoshan People of Yulong County, Mosuo people around Lugu Lake also enjoys this delicacy.
3. Taian Chicken with Potatoes
Taian township of Yulong county is abound in potatoes. Local people like to stew the chicken with potatoes with a lot of ingredients. There are two kinds of flavors: spicy and clear.
4.Salted Pork Ribs Hot Pot
The main ingredient in the salted pork ribs hot pot is pork ribs salted with wine, sugar, and spice and other seasonings. Boiling them with other vegetables in hot pot, the Salted Pork is worth trying.
