Traditional Ethnic Villages in Shangri-La
Shangri-la has a large number of ethnic minorities, mainly Tibetans. Therefore, there are many Tibetan villages in Shangri-la. But according to the published list of traditional Chinese villages, Shangri-la currently has only seven villages on the list. As follows:
- Niru Village of Luoji Township in Shangri-la, Diqing迪庆州香格里拉市洛吉乡尼汝村
- Baidi Village of Sanba Township in Shangri-la, Diqing迪庆州香格里拉市三坝乡白地村
- Xiaojiezi Village of Jiantang Town in Shangri-la, Diqing迪庆州香格里拉市建塘镇小街子村
- Xiagei Village of Hongpo Village Committee in Jiantang Town, Shangri-la, Diqing迪庆州香格里拉市霞给村
- Tangdui Village of Tangman Village Committee in Nixi Township, Shangri-la, Diqing迪庆州香格里市拉汤堆村
- Mulu Village of Geza Township in Shangri-la, Diqing迪庆州香格里拉市格咱乡木鲁村委会
- Haisian Village of Hutiaoxia Town in Shangri-la, Diqing迪庆州香格里拉市虎跳峡镇海典村
