The leader Bifeng is a professional ACA (American Canoe Association, 美国皮划艇协会) rafting coach. Since 2008, this gracious coach has been dedicated to promoting river canoeing. He became familiar with canoeing in 2008 and trained at Miyi National Canoe Slalom Training Base（米易国家激流回旋培训基地） in 2011.

In 2010, he received training as a canoeing leader of Chishui River from Chinese Canadian third-level coach Tianbo. After training at Miyi National Canoe Slalom Training Base, Bifeng went to Nujiang River with WCA (Wilderness Canoe Association, 荒野独木舟协会) of the United States for 15 days in 2012. And Bifeng was the leader of the Baishui Festival of Nujiang River（怒江白水节）, which ran for five years from 2013 to 2017. Besides, he also organized first Red Bull Canoeing Competition of China（中国首届红牛皮划艇比赛） on the Nujiang river in 2014.

In 2016, Bifeng became more active in canoeing. During the Baishui Festival, he organized the American ACA（美国皮划艇协会）river canoeing coach training class, and trained the first batch of river canoeing coaches in China. Besides, he obtained the ACA certification of river canoeing coach level 4, as well as the canoeing team leader, safety officer and lifeguard. At the same time, Bifeng also created the first Baishui Park（白水公园）of China and made an admirable contribution to canoeing in Yunnan.

2013年发起怒江白水节（领队）至2017年（共五届）。
2014年组织国内第一届红牛皮划艇比赛（怒江）
2016年10月带队勘察漂流四川甘孜州定曲河线路。
2016年白水节期间组织美国ACA独木舟协会河流皮划艇教练员培训班，培训出中国第一批河流皮划艇教练员，本人并获得ACA认证河流皮划艇四级教练员资格（兼皮划艇领队 安全员 救生员）。
2016年创建中国第一个白水（河流）公园。
2008年至今一直致力于河流皮划艇运动的推广。
