Hello, I’m Carina Guan. I come from Yiliang County in Kunming. I am twenty-two years old and majored in English. Currently, I work as an editor for Trans-Asia Discovery, a job that I am very passionate about.

Personal Traits

I consider myself a hard-working and diligent person, especially when it comes to tasks that interest me. I am generally optimistic, though I sometimes struggle with confidence. I enjoy spending time alone, indulging in activities like reading, listening to music, and watching movies or soap operas. However, I also enjoy going out with friends for shopping and sports.

I have a keen interest in adventure, and working at Trans-Asia Discovery provides me with many opportunities to engage with life’s adventures.

Work Experience

Although this is my first full-time job, I have gained valuable experience through various part-time jobs during my university life. Some of these roles were closely related to my major, such as working for an educational institution during the last two holidays. I also took on part-time jobs during weekends at school.
