  • Recognition: In February 2000, the original Lincang regional government designated it as a “Revolutionary Martyrs’ Memorial Protection Unit.” In September 2001, it was recognized as a national defense education base for Fengqing County (凤庆县).

One notable event involved martyr Wu Guanglin (吴光林), who was killed in action during a major armed drug trafficking case in August 2004. He was posthumously honored with numerous accolades, including “People’s Satisfied Civil Servant” and “National Level Hero Model” from the Ministry of Public Security.
