Ma Tongchun-English-speaking Tour Guide and Teacher in Kunming

I am Ma Tongchun, an advanced English-speaking tour guide of Yunnan Exploration Travel.
Ma Tonchun became a tour guide of the Reception Department of Tour Management Bureau of Yunnan Province by transfering from the Editorial Office of “Yunnan Geology” of Yunnan Geology & Minerals Bureau in March 1986.
马同春，1986年3月从云南省地矿局《云南地质》编辑部调入云南省旅游局接待处任英语翻译导游。

1988年获中级翻译职称。
Abtained the intermediate certificate of English Translator in 1988.

1996年考取英语高级导游职称。
Abtained the advanced English tour guide by the national preessional examination in 1996.

22年来，一直做导游工作，导游考官，全省外语导游大赛评; 外语导游考试教材编撰人，云南大学、云南师范大学、云南民族大学、云南旅游职业学院外聘旅游英语教授。
Since then, being engaged in tour guide work, tour guide qualification examiner, judge of the the tour guide speech competition of provincial level; cowriter of the English text book fo tour guide qualifcation, employed as a tourism English proessor in Yunnan University, Yunnan Normal University, Yunnan Nationality University, Yunnan Tourism College, as well as Kunming Universty.

15年来任云南省翻译工作者协会常务理事，昆明市导游协会副会长、昆明市导游协会高级顾问
Being standing member of the Standing Directors Committee of the Translators Association of Yunnan Province since 2000. Vice Chairman of Kunming Tour Guide Association since 2000 & the Senior Advisor since 2014.

1992年1月出席中国国际旅行社系统导游翻译大会，受党和国家领导人接见。
Attended the National Meeting of the Interpreters and Tour Guides of CITS SYSTEM in Beijing in January 1992 and received by the leaders of the CPC & the State;

2006年出席全国导游大会受吴仪副总理等领导人接见。
Attended the National Meeting of China Tour Guides and Received by Deputy Premier Wu Yi and other leaders in Beijing in October 2006。

现在仍然在旅游岗位拼搏。
Now I’m still engaged in tourism and offering tour services to the tourists from home and abroad.
