Day 1 Shangri-La – Niru Village
Sightseeing and Activities:Shangri-La – Niru Village

Nizu (also spelled Niru) has a lot to offer and it’s hard to take it all in. However, this trip makes the best attempt possible. First, we enjoy the drive from Shangri-la to Nizu that passes by Pudacuo national park, over a 3900 m (12,800 ft) mountain pass, and down the winding road through Tibetan and Yi villages down to Luoji Township. From there, the road continues up a secluded valley and passes by villages of many different minorities and eventually into the Tibetan village of Nizu.
Day 2 Niru Village – Nanbao Pasture
Sightseeing and Activities:Niru Village – Nanbao Pasture
Accommodation: Nanbao Pasture
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Nizu-3 hours to Munan Pasture-half hour to Seven Colored Waterfall-3hours to Nanbao pasture.The first day affords time for a round trip day hike to Qicai “Seven Colored” Waterfalls with round trip hiking time of 6-7 hours. Dinner at Nanbao pasture and Camp at Nanbao pasture.
Day 3 Nanbao Pasture – Pudacuo National Park – Shangri-La
Sightseeing and Activities:Nanbao Pasture – Pudacuo National Park – Shangri-La
Accommodation: None
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
After breakfast, trekking 2 hours to Shudu lake of Pudacuo National Park. Drive back to Shangri-La.
