Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Kunming-Jingmai-Ximeng
Sightseeing and Activities: Mengsuo Dragon Pond, Long Moye, Bu Yiji, Wa’s Banquet, Bonfire Party
Accommodation: Ximeng of Puer
Meals: Lunch
Fly to Jingmai from Kunming and then drive to Ximeng county, visiting “Yaluo” viewing platform during the driving. After lunch, visit Mengsuo Dragon Pond, Long Moye and Bu Yiji. Wa’s Banquet and Bonfire Party at night.
–With independent cliff in the south and original forest around the other three sides, Mengsuo Dragon Pond is a subtropical scenery of natural wonders with a forest of trees and acacia beans, as well as rare wildlife. Long Moye is the most shocking cultural landscape in this area and the concrete embodiment of the original religion of Wa. Bu Yiji valley in the back mountain of Mengsuo Dragon Pond, natural together with Mengsuo Dragon Pond, Long Moye, Sigangli and Likan Waterfall constitute the unique landscape of Ximeng.
Day 2 Ximeng
Sightseeing and Activities: village of Wa, Wa Shanlin Lake, Roast Lamb, Bamboo Raft
Accommodation: Ximeng of Puer
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
After breakfast, drive to the village of Wa, and then head for Wa Shanlin Lake by water-buffalo(about 2 kilometers) to join in the picnic of Roast Whole Lamb by the lake. After lunch, visit Wa Shanlin Lake by taking bamboo raft, you can swim and play freely in the clear waters, then transfer back to Wa village. Dinner with Wa and sleep under the stars.
Day 3 Ximeng
Sightseeing and Activities: Learn outdoor survival skills, Fishing, Hot spring
Accommodation: Ximeng of Puer
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
After breakfast, pick up your belongings and walk through the original tropical rain forest(about 10-15 km), learn all kinds of outdoor knowledge and the skills of living in the wild, lunch on the way(solid food). Arrive at the river bank in the border of China and Myanmar in the afternoon, fishing and wild fruit picking under the guidance of leader, attend the”gourmet meals”, and experience the original and natural wild hot springs after a good rest, transfer back to Lahu village to rest.
Day 4 Ximeng-Jingmai
Sightseeing and Activities: Make “Baba”, Play Peg-top, Dance and Sing Performance of Lahu Minority
Accommodation: Jingmai
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
After breakfast, learn to do “Baba”, play top and swing. Drive to old Dabao to watch song and dance performance of the Lahu nationality after lunch. Old Dabao is a typical Lahu village and still retains the traditional architecture of Ganlan style of Lahu. Head for Jingmai mountain for overnight.
Day 5 Jingmai-Lancang
Sightseeing and Activities: Watch sunrise, Jingmai Tea Garden, tea-related activities, Wengji Village, Jingmai Tea Garden
Accommodation: Lancang
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
After breakfast, enjoy the fabulous sunrise in Jingmai mountain. With high elevation and great temperature difference in winter and spring, it forms a beautiful sea of clouds. Mangjing tea garden is the holy mountain in the heart of teaman. The tea tree staggered with towering trees, both the mountain and village, old tea with houses, forest and teaman are a harmonious and unified whole. You can experience some tea-related activities mainly from February to November, and personally making a cake of “pu ‘er tea” for family and friends under the guidance of teacher.
Free activities after lunch, and also you can visit Wengji Village and Jingmai Tea Garden.
–Jingmai Tea Garden is honored as Key Cultural Relics Site Under the State Protection, Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems and World Heritage Sites. Here retains many cultural relics, such as Sadi Well, golden pond, golden tower, tea horse road, Buddha fountain, etc. After dinner, head for Lancang county for overnight.
Day 6 Departure from Lancang

Head for Jingmai airport after breakfast, service ends.
