7 Days Meili North Slope Trekking Tour from Shangri La

There are a few different options where to camp and how much distance to cover per day, outlined below. The trek always starts in Yagong Village (亚贡村), the last place accessible by road. From there, the path continues via Zhangjia Camp (涨价营地), Zhulin Camp (竹林营地) to Pojun Camp (坡均营地). After Pojun, cross the Ciding Pass (次丁垭口) at 4770m to get into a parallel valley and continue to Pojiang Camp (坡将营地). From there, either do a day hike to Yunnan-Tibet Border Pass (滇藏垭口) at 5200m, or head back towards Yagong Village.
