Xinjie Town is a part of Yuanyang County, Honghe, Yunnan province, the old county center of Yuanyang, located in the center of Yuanyang County, 30 kilometers from Nansha Town-the county center, borders Shengcun Town in the east and Niujiaozhai Town in the west, neighbors Panzhihua Town in the south and Nansha Town in the noeth.
