Yuanming Temple (圆明寺) was originally built during the Zhizheng period (至正年间, 1341–1368) of the Yuan Dynasty. In 1856 (the sixth year of the Xianfeng reign of the Qing Dynasty), it was destroyed during wartime and later rebuilt in 1888 (the 14th year of the Guangxu reign).
