Guandu Baba Pancake in Guandu District, Kunming
Locally called Guandu Ba Ba, the tasty pancake is a traditional snack of the Han Nationality in Kunming and enjoys a big popularity among Kunming locals. According to some historical records, Guandu pancake has a history that can date back to the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911).
Pies for this kind of tasty snack are various including benne, perillaseed, bean paste, sesame, peanut, and rose etc.
