Mangfei Village (忙肺村) is situated in Mengban Township (勐板乡) of Yongde County (永德县), Lincang City, Yunnan Province. Covering an area of approximately 5.16 km², the village consists of 0.7 km² of arable land and 2.9 km² of forest land. With an elevation of 1,380 meters above sea level, an average annual temperature of 18.70°C, and annual precipitation of 1,168 mm, Mangfei Village provides an ideal environment for cultivating food crops and other agricultural products. Approximately half of the village’s population, around 800 people, primarily rely on agriculture, particularly the cultivation of Mangfei Tea (忙肺茶).

Mangfei Tea Mountain is recognized as one of the original birthplaces of tea in the world. The mountain is home to a diverse range of flora, including Chinese Magnolias and extensive areas of wild, transitional, and cultivated ancient tea trees.
