Xinzhai Mosque is located in Rizhe Village, Qiubei County, Yunnan Province. It was built in 1872 AD（清同治十一年）， covering an area of 1650 square meters.
The worship hall is a civil engineering structure which is 350 square meters. There collects a horizontal board writing by the local famous Major General Mawenzhong（马文仲）in the five year of the Republic of China.
There are 219 families, 1100 Hui ethnic people who are all Muslims, among whom are 28 imams and 50 manias. In the mosque collects 4 copies of the Koran.
