- Destination Selection: Decide which places in Yunnan you want to visit. Popular destinations include Kunming, Dali, Lijiang, Shangri-La, Yuanyang Rice Terraces, and Tiger Leaping Gorge.
- Duration: Determine how many days you can allocate to your Yunnan tour. Typically, 7-10 days are ideal to cover major attractions.
- Activities: Plan activities based on your interests such as cultural tours, hiking, exploring ancient towns, visiting tea plantations, and experiencing local cuisine.
