Scenic Features
The main attractions of the manor are centered around the lavender fields in the core area, designed cohesively to form an organic whole. Each pathway is carefully planned to ensure there are scenic views to enjoy, creating an engaging and delightful experience. The theme plants, lavender and verbena, are arranged in a circular band layout, enhancing the rhythmic feel of the garden. Everywhere you look, there are romantic scenes that invite you to slow down and seek the soul of love.
Location and Environment
Fenglongwan Lavender Manor is located at the junction of Xundian (寻甸) and Malong (马龙) counties, representing the largest native lavender planting area in the Southwest region. It is also home to the highest quality highland lavender in the world, marking the end of Yunnan’s history of being unable to grow high-quality lavender. The scenery within the manor is quite lovely, featuring European-style buildings and fairytale-like windmill houses, evoking a sense of rural culture found in foreign countryside gardens.
The lavender is divided into four sections, which, while not extensive, are visually appealing from a distance. The fragrant scent of lavender permeates the entire garden, creating a particularly delightful atmosphere.
