玉屏清真寺位于仁德镇玉屏街，始建于明初，至民国初年，因寺地势低洼，寺房年久失修，已难适应宗教活动。民国二十三年（1934年），绅士保如琪等发起重建，经多方募集，于1934年拆旧寺移址重建，1937年落成。有朝真殿3间，南北厢房各3间，叫拜楼3层。寺内有碑刻2块，一为功德碑，记载捐资名录；一为记载寺产田地、山林和年收租情况。1958年后，寺殿改作生产队用房。1987年，县人民政府拨巨款重修。拆除原土木结构叫拜楼，重建阿拉伯式宣礼楼建筑一幢，13间。星月屋顶，整幢建筑气势磅礴。礼拜大殿仍保持了原始面貌，县伊斯兰教协会亦设在该寺内。
