What to Wear for a December Kunming Trip
Between day and night the temperature difference is quite big, so you also should pick the right clothes according to the weather. Suits, lined garments, wind breakers, jackets, light sweaters, thick stockings and short skirts are enough to keep you warm in the night. During day you could choose some not enough thick clothes to wear, such as leisure suit, a thin windbreaker and down-filled jacket. For convenience in your travel, scarves, hats and gloves,warm shoes are necessary.
Places to visit in December Kunming
- Jiuxiang Cave: When it feels too cold, you can keep warm and see a place lit up as with Christmas lights. Jiuxiang Cave is one of the largest cave systems in China. It is one of the natural highlights of the area, and it is only two hours from the center of Kunming. You’ll see waterfalls, underground rivers and streams, and many beautiful rock formations if you travel to Jiuxiang Cave.
- Jiaozi Snow Mountain:
The mountain becomes a white beauty. The tree branches are coated with a little white, the grassland is hidden by the small and thin white carpet of snow. t is so tranquil and peaceful. If you are good at sports, you can hiking to the top of the mountain, it is so exciting. - Yunnan Provincial Museum :
