Yunnan Tea Expositions

Puer tea has gained great reputation in recent ten years, and tea expositions are also to be held for the popularization and trade of Teas in Yunnan. Besides the tea expositions, there are also some tea festivals in Yunnan, which also contribute to the tea industry development in Yunnan.

China International Puer Tea Festival

China Puer Tea Festival was firstly held  in 1993. The establishment of “Chinese Tea Festival” aims at two purposes: one is to protect and carry forward the Chinese tea culture, the other is to introduce Pu’er to the world! Since the establishment, the Chinese Pu’er Tea Festival has been held for 18 years, and during its development course, China Tea Festival has become an international, open, public welfare event in tea industry, which has played a positive role to carry forward the Pu’er tea culture, to promote Pu’er tea’s popularity and recognition, to promote the rapid development of Pu’er tea industry, and to promote the harmonious development of the economic society in ethnic regions at the border area. 

Puer Tea International Expo Fair 

Puer Tea International Expo Fair is also a great chance for exploring Puer tea culture and buying tea products. It is usually held in April, mostly in Kunming City. April is the golden time for famous spring tea, if you are fan of Puer tea, you shouldn’t miss the opportunity. Various Puer tea products are presented and sold at the fair, offering wide choice and nice chance for buying Puer tea.
